作品以蝴蝶形態呈現出現代化城市，藉此探討「共生」的概念。「共生」是指在生物界中某兩物種間的一種互相依賴的關係。 城市與大自然、動物與植物、現實與虛擬世界，其實都是以一種「共生」關係存在。自從人類科技取得高速進展，開始主宰一切並以萬物之首自喻，凌駕於其他生物之上，慢慢遺忘了過往與大自然的共生關係。此消彼長，與人類共生的一切，包括大自然、動植物都面臨被人類活動所吞噬，終將消失殆盡。 共生關係的失衡意味雙方失去交互作用，任何一方都必然受到影響。

The work "City" is a multimedia installation comprising two video projections and a hospital bed to explore the concept of Symbiosis. Symbiosis is a term describing any relationship or interaction between two dissimilar organisms. The specific kind of symbiosis depends on whether either or both organisms benefit from the relationship. Symbiotic relationship can be applied to many other areas, such as animals and plants, urban and rural areas, actual and virtual reality. One of the videos shows a 3D model consisting of a butterfly and a modern city, with a heart monitor sound effect. It depicts the situation people co-exist with the earth. The other video uses black and white color to represent the symbiotic relationship. The black can be seen because of the white, and vice versa. Disappearance of one color would threaten the existence of another one.
